UDO Australia falls under the Masters of Choreography umbrella and is our National Street Dance competition which we have hosted since 2015. We are part of the UDO (United Dance Organisation) family, one of the World’s largest Street Dance communities with over 85,000 members across several countries in every continent.
A yearly event, this competition is a wonderful day for all solos, duos and crews to come together to dance and compete in a competition that is designed to bring out the best, whilst having loads of fun with family, friends and fellow competitors.
Our competition is an all-inclusive, all ages, wholesome entertainment event. We have youngsters competing in the Under 6 division, we have the ‘seniors’ competing in the ‘Golden Division’ and of course, we have all the ages in between.
Winning crews from our National Championships have qualified and travelled to the UK for the yearly World Championships and have had the success of winning first prize in their age category.
With a live DJ, a highly entertaining MC on the mic that provides running commentary, rapping, beatboxing and always engages with the audience, local and international judges of the highest calibre, on-the-spot dance competitions and moments where the entire audience and competitors are asked to get up and dance just to have a boogie and some fun, the UDO Australia competitions are a complete day of ‘feel-good’ family entertainment!
